Teen Summer Reading Wrap–up
Congratulations to all of our Teen Summer Reading participants! The Library had 70 teens participate in the "tnk grEn" Summer Reading Program. Teens in grades 6-12 read a total of 2,776 hours, almost doubling last years reading time!
The Library Staff thanks all who participated for making the program a success. Keep on reading!
Don't Forget to Pick Up Your Reading Prizes
Reading prizes can be picked up at the Children's Room desk up through the end of September.
If you read at least 5 hours of reading time, you earned a gift certificate to a local eatery. For your 1st 10 hours of reading time, you earned a free paperback book of your choice (you can either pick a book from the Teen prize cart or give the Librarian the title of a paperback book that you would like us to order special for you. The retail price should be $10 or under.
