Library Highlights

  • Kids have until 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 15th and Teens and Adults until 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 29th to log their reading hours and challenges online, or to even register an account if they’ve not yet done so. Make sure you record every challenge you’ve completed and--if you’re a teen or kid--every minute you’ve spent reading; the more you log, the better your chances to win one of our prizes. Best of luck to all our participants!

  • Looking for a way to keep the kids learning during summer vacation? Tumblebooks provides free ebooks, videos, educational resources, and more, for kids from kindergarten through grade 6 and their parents, caretakers, and educatros. Click here to start browsing the collection.

  • Visit the Boston Children's Museum at a discounted rate: half-price admission for up to four visitors at a time. Click here to check available dates and to make your pass reservation. Thanks to the Friends of the Middleborough Public Library for sponsoring this pass.

  • Download the free SAILS mobile app to search the SAILS catalog for items by title, author, keyword, or ISBN; manage and keep track of your account, link your family's accounts, use a digital copy of your library card barcode during checkouts, and more.
