Find your inner elf and drop-in to make a craft to gift someone else this holiday season. There will be a variety of materials including supplies to make recycled book ornaments, keepsake handprint art, and more. Utilize the Holiday Wrapping station and have it ready for gifting.
Local pediatrician and author Doc Martenson will be doing a reading of his holiday book The Tiny Light That Gave His All...to be a "Star." Born premature and stricken with polio at a young age, he decided to dedicate his life to caring for children. This touching story of a family with little money and a broken, yellow bulb on a set of lights that longs to be a star is best for ages 5-8. He will be on hand to sign books following the reading.
All ages are welcome. No registration required.
This program is brought to you by the generous support of the Peirce Trust.
