Local residents will share their experiences in having cold climate heat pumps for heating and cooling. Cold climate mini split heat pumps are a new and improving alternative to fossil fuel furnaces and conventional air conditioning. While unfamiliar to many folks, heat pumps provide cost savings. MG&E will actually rebate a customer for part of the installation cost this year.
