His life story includes kidnapping, invasion, slavery, religious controversy, assassination, and more, So join us for an insightful discussion about the most famous person associated with Ireland. As the Patron saint of Ireland, he's recognized as having played a major role in the Christianization of the country. There are many myths and legends associated with him, and this program will look at the historical record based on available facts and accepted understandings.
Irish historian Sean Murphy also will discuss some of the writings of Saint Patrick.
